Today we are going to look at tips to quickly rank up in the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: WWII. Ranking up in this game is similar to many other Call of Duty games. However, COD WWII has quite a few new unique features in this year’s multiplayer modes. Check out these Tips to quickly rank up in Call of Duty WWII.
Let’s jump right in and start raking up those XP points!
Call of Duty: WWII has introduced a few new game modes but some of the classic staples are still here. If you want to rank up fast, I highly recommend starting out with Kill Confirmed. You’ll earn roughly over 1000 XP per minute with this mode.
Essentially its Team Deathmatch with extra XP. This mode gives you 50 points per kill and if you collect the tag from that kill, its an additional 75 points. Furthermore, if collect one of your teammates tags from when they got killed you get 50 points. Conversely, if your teammate picks up your tag, you get 25 points. So, you can see there is a lot of opportunity to get points rather quickly and earn XP to rank up fast.
Naturally, the next mode to play that will help rank you up fast is Team Deathmatch. With this mode you’ll earn on average just under 1000 XP per minute. It’s very similar to Kill Confirmed but this is where find the more casual gamers. The difficulty wont be as hard and once you start unlocking attachments for some of the weapons in the game, it will be a lot easier to transition into other game modes such as Domination, Hardpoint, and War.
The next thing you can do to rank up faster is to complete your weekly and daily challenges. They wont give you XP right away. However, some will give you temporary bonus XP. For example, I came across a challenge that gave me 25% bonus XP for 20 minutes for getting five shovel kills.
A lot of people want to test use the high score streaks, but in order to rank up quickly I highly recommend to use the lowest streaks you can get. Recon Aircraft, Care Package, and the Glide Bomb are the top three scorestreaks to concentrate on.
The Recon Aircraft is very easy to get points, you call it in and can see where your enemy is. You get points for every enemy that gets killed by your teammates while it is in the air. One of the best tips I can give you about the Care Package is to let your teammates take them. If it’s not one of the big high score streaks, let your teammates take them.
You’ll save yourself time and you will still get the same amount of XP for letting your teammates take them. Additionally, you give yourself the ability to keep running around and shooting at your enemy. You wont have to stop and use your scorestreak, whatever it might be.
Each Division has its own set of perks, and there are four different levels within each Division. When you play as a certain Division, you rank up over time. This is similar to ranking up your weapons. If you don’t keep switching Divisions, you wont rank up higher than a certain point.
Many people don’t realize that you can use any weapon in any Division. The difference is that each Division has its own perks. I recommend once you level up on one Division to switch to another Division and level that up and so on. It will give you extra XP and help you rank up a whole lot faster.
You want to make sure you are prestiging your weapons. Every time you prestige your weapon, you will get a reset. However, you can prestige your weapon several times and continue to earn XP. If you keep prestiging and keep doing those challenges for those weapons, you will earn XP. You can see what is required to prestige a weapon by going to the challenges tab. If you have a weapon maxed out at level 10 and not prestiging it, you are essentially capping yourself. Make sure you prestige your weapons and use every single attachment as much as you can.
Finally, one of the best tips I can give you to rank up fast in COD WWII is to make sure and use epic and heroic variants. If you use an epic variant it will give you 10% bonus XP per kill. On the other hand, if you use a heroic variant, it will give you 15% bonus XP per kill.
As you can see, heroic variants are just a little but better than epic variants—that’s really the only difference they make in multiplayer. Heroic variants will help you rank up a little bit faster, but the weapon stats don’t change at all.
